Refunds & Cancellations Policy of Digital Kadai
At Digital Kadai, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Further to ensure our customer have a peace of mind, our products are backed by a generous 6 month to 1 year warranty. We take pride in delivering high-quality gadgets that are built to last.
At Digital Kadai, we understand that purchasing a product online, the biggest issue a customer faces is proper testing of the products. Hence at Digital Kadai, we provide you an option to check the features and functionality of the products virtually at your comfort zone through Video call. Hence any customer proposing to purchase a product can ask for a video call before placing an order and satisfy himself with all the features and functionalities are the one which he is looking for.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at Digitalkadai5@gmail.com or call us at +91 9884890900 with your order details.
Refunds
As we provide our customers with all the facilities to check the functions and functionalities of the product virtually, we do not encourage returns or refunds for the products sold, unless and until the returns are due to any manufacturing defect which has to be updated with 24hours since product delivered, in which case the product shall be Picked up in 2-3 working days. In such cases, the be amount will be refunded within 5 working days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
In case of manufacturing defect please contact us immediately at Digitalkadai5@gmail.comor call us at +91 9884890900 within 24 hours from the delivery of your order. The defect request should be accompanied along with unpacking video of the product. The video should not have any editing or cut and merge done and the package shall not move out of the frame of the video even once.
Once the video and details are shared and upon being satisfied that there is a manufacturing defect, you will be asked to courier back the product and upon receipt of the same, a new product will be shipped to you.
Item getting defective during the Warranty period
In case any product gets defective (no physical damage will be entertained) during the warranty period you can immediately contact us and mention about the issue. The customers then will have to send back the products to us. Upon inspection of the products and making sure that the defect is not due to any physical drop, physical damage or negligence of the customer, the replacement product will be shipped back to the customer.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
